Our people play an integral role in driving Moody’s CSR strategy.
Our commitment goes beyond time and money. We complement our employees’ expertise with Moody’s specialized products and services so that together we can go further, faster. We encourage employees to get involved in their communities through company-wide volunteer initiatives such as Moody’s TeamUp®, which unites people in local offices and across our different business groups to complete service projects. Employees can also apply to participate in Moody’s Impact Leaders program, a global network of employees playing a leadership role in shaping and delivering our CSR strategy and initiatives.

Moody’s Future Solutions™ Moody’s pro bono volunteer program that utilizes the professional skills of our employees to help nonprofits build capacity by solving pressing challenges.
Impact Leaders A global network of employees playing a leadership role in shaping and delivering Moody’s CSR strategy and initiatives.
Matching Gifts Provides a dollar-for-dollar match of up to US$2,500 for individual gifts made by eligible Moody's employees to approved nonprofits.
Moody’s TeamUp® Moody’s annual volunteer program that provides employees an opportunity to participate in service projects during the workday.
Up2You An opportunity for employees to organize an event with a nonprofit. Employees can request up to $500 for materials and supplies to support volunteering activities.
Dollars for Doers Awards a $500 grant to qualifying nonprofits on behalf of employees who have volunteered 40hours or more. Nonprofit governing board members can claim up to $1,000 for their nonprofit.

Moody’s Business Resource Groups
Moody’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) exist to contribute to a more effective and inclusive work environment by fostering the recruitment, development and retention of diverse individuals. A number of Moody’s BRGs lead their own volunteering initiatives to support their mandate and progress our CSR strategy.
Moody’s Foundation, our grant-making body, supports our employees and their engagement with charitable causes through Matching Gift and Dollars for Doers programs.
